Welcome to VIEW (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VIEW at www.view.com.ng, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering, or using VIEW, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using VIEW immediately.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use VIEW.

  • If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use VIEW only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of VIEW.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately at whizzy1919@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Upload or share any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringing content.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

  • Engage in any form of spamming, hacking, phishing, or malicious software distribution.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of VIEW.

  • Use VIEW for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all videos, audio, images, text, and other materials (“User Content”) you upload or share through VIEW. By submitting content, you grant VIEW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.

  • Our Content: All trademarks, logos, designs, features, and software on VIEW are owned by GODFAVORNAEWURU LTD and may not be used without prior written consent.

5. COPYRIGHT & DMCA POLICY

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed on VIEW, please contact us with a formal complaint at whizzy1919@gmail.com and include:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • A description of the copyrighted work;

  • The URL of the infringing content;

  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized;

  • Your electronic signature.

6. MONETIZATION & PAYMENT

  • VIEW may offer monetization opportunities for eligible content creators.

  • Payments will be made in accordance with our Monetization Policy and subject to applicable tax laws.

  • VIEW reserves the right to withhold or revoke monetization if a creator violates these Terms.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms;

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities;

  • Harm or disrupt the platform’s operation.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  • VIEW is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute security.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • VIEW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for content uploaded by third parties.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for using VIEW in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

VIEW may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to conflict of law principles.
