1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • Accidental duplicate payment.

  • Unauthorized payment due to fraud (after investigation).

  • Technical error on our platform causing an incorrect charge.

  • Canceled subscription or service before usage (subject to review).

2. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Content creator earnings withdrawals.

  • Monetization payouts.

  • Donations, tips, or contributions made to creators.

  • Advertising payments after ads have been delivered.

  • Subscription fees for any period already used.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the payment date with:

  • Your full name and account details.

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID.

  • Reason for requesting a refund.
