The Director-General of the World Health Organiation says it 'regrets the decision' by President Donald Trump’s to withdraw US funding for its work.
Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus also said the organisation would review its handling of the global pandemic after the President claimed it participated in a "cover-up" about #coronavirus.
In his press briefing, Dr Tedros said the UN agency is "working with partners" to fill any gaps in funding, having already generated an extra $150 million from a "solidarity response fund".
