Outstanding clinicians, healthcare professionals receive National Medical Excellence Awards
Some of Singapore's outstanding clinicians and healthcare professionals were honoured for their work on Sep 26. They received the National Medical Excellence Awards, which recognises contributions to quality of care, patient safety, research and education. CNA spoke to two award recipients - Associate Professor Ng Kee Chong, who won the National Outstanding Clinician Award, and Adjunct Associate Professor Eugene Shum, who took home a Team Award.
