Stronger assurances on healthcare, housing to be given to seniors

Another key focus of the government's priorities for the rest of its term is on giving seniors stronger assurances on healthcare and housing. In her President's Address, Mdm Halimah Yacob called for social safety nets at every stage of life to cope with uncertainties. By 2030, one in four citizens in Singapore are expected to be aged 65 and above.
